Hey gang! i need some help.... So about a month ago i experienced sleep paralysis or i think and it was in the afternoon when it happened. I was so scared bc it was my first time going thru something like that and i didn't wanna go to sleep after that but now it seems like my sleep schedule has messed up and i hate im up all night and Sleeping during the day and this been going on for 1 week now and i don't know what to do can someone tell me what i should do to fix this problem.?
