I had one since yesterday afternoon & it won’t stop. I have things to do! It’s making me feel so tired. I took Tylenol extra strength but that was like popping Tic Tacs! I need some help please. Suggestions?

Almonds 10-12= 2 advils, peppermint oil place it where your headache is should make it less painful and more tolerable sometimes it can even make it go away. I never take tylenol no matter how bad of a head ache I have I do what i told you above and im good to go. The main reasons some people have head aches can be 1. dehydration or lack of water 2. Lack of sleep 3. Eye strain 4. Anxiety symptom 5. Hungry

Now if you just ate and you feel hungry this is your body telling you your thirdty the moment your lips feel dry or the inside of your mouth is dry you need to drink water and thats the most plausable reason for your head ache

There are tons of different versions of head aches but those wre the most common reasons for one that i can think of off the top of my head

The weather drains us of our water in our body especially at night! We may nit know we were sweating but I guarantee you sweat during sleep i know i do i wake up dehydrated lol no lie oh i forgot to mention you want Lemonade in your urine color NOT ICED TEA so if its light colored like a highlighter or lemonade then your good if its orange you need water SOME PEOPLE do not get different colored pee so this test may not be valid for some people but thats a very good test for dehydration another is the skin test pull the skin on your back of your hand if it goes back to normal fast your good if it is slow in going back to normal you need more water

Another sign i go by all the time is the CRT capilarry refill time

Press your finger on your skin if it stays white color instead of pink (deending on your skin) you need water for examplr if it takes 2 seconds for the area you pressed to return to your notmal skin color your dehydrated if its 2 seconds and below keep drinking anyway

You want 8 cups a day if possible
