Headaches

Does anyone else get headaches I've just started getting them and I'm scared and I make my self scared about them

I have them, and don't do yourself how I did myself, I googled my headaches which was a big mistake, I went to get a cat scan and everything is Normal but turns out I may need glasses. I'm sure it's nothing. It's anxiety making you feel otherwise. I would say to go get a cat scan for your peace of mind

Could be allergies, migraines, bad eyesight, any number of minor Problems . Best you make appt with GP , quit building up in your mind the "worst case senerio". No sense stressing about something til you know. Make appt soon and relax , try not to stress til you have a reason to 😘

Hi there,Try not to worry,ive had major headaches for forty years and im still here.Sometimes you feel it must be something serious but usually it isnt.See a neurologist and they can do simple tests which tells if theres something going on.Good luck

Everyone gets headache at one time or another.

Is it a bad headache?

Is it in one place or a general over all headache?

On a scale oif 1-10 how bad is it ?

How long does it last ?

Do you get bad vision with it?

Feel sick ?

Is it related to a stressful situation ?

Is it when you bend your head or bend down ?

Yea same here i used too get headaches i had imaging done and it was normal and a few weeks passed and instead of headaches now i get a horrible feeling like something wrong with my head amd i still having a hard time that its just anxiety

Yes most days just depends on how my anxiety is worrying makes it worse

I get a dull hangover type headache that might last for hours. Usually I get the feelings when the anxiety hits. If something happens that makes me anxious about the future thats when they come. I do the deep breathing and try to relax and mostly try not to make up scenerios about the future.
