Headaches

Can anyone recommend a painkiller that does not have caffeine in them or bloodie sugars I know its stupid but I cant take anything with tjem inhave it and this headache is killing me

Homeopathics, like Arnica are excellent for pain.

Essential Oils work well, as does CBD oil. Over the counter Tylenol.

Further to indigojoe's comment regarding homeopathics, Belladonna in a 30c or 200c is also great if the headache is throbbing.

If it's from muscle tension, it may be worth taking a good magnesium supplement with co-factors to help relax the muscles.

prpaula, an original remedy for a bad headache was an ice pack on the back of your neck, and peppermint oil on the roof of your mouth if you are home etc. Other wise chiropractic and massage are an immediate "go to" as soon as possible, too.
