Heart
It’s anxiety nothing else just Ignore the pain and you will be fine
Yeah mine did that several times today. I’ve had it for 20 yrs.
Sounds like a palpitation or also know as a heart flutter or pvc. They are very common, usually totally benign, and can be brought on or made worse by anxiety. I get tons a day, especially now that I'm pregnant and have for years. Maybe just ask your doc to take a listen next time you go in for a check up. Tons of people have these (:
I get the same feeling. For me Its' anxiety mixed with PVC. I've had the fluttering heart and skip heart beat since I was about 20 years old. Its' all due to anxiety. This past week anxiety levels have increased ten fold. So my heart is doing a bunch of weird things. I know its' anxiety related so, I try not to focus on myself. If you are concerned always check with your doctor to make sure that you have no heart problems. I have to take medication for my hear because my heart tends to throw PVC's and I have a history of Tachycardia (Fast Heart Beat) But I know the difference between an attack of Tachycardia and Anxiety. Once I take my medicine my Tachycardia controls my fast heart beat, any other issues after that I know is anxiety related.. You're probably just fine, but for your piece of mind have your doctor check your heart.
I was replying to a young man yesterday about the same heart, chest and breathlessness that's a very common anxiety symptom. It's very distressing and it tends to bring about an instant panic. I've experienced this for 30 years, been tested by Doctors as normal and healthy more times than I can remember and my chest still hasn't exploded. I still get these sensations now and then but for a long time now I've been able to smile about it and just say to myself 'here we go again'. Try to accept you're not going to stop breathing and you're heart will keep beating and learn to smile about it. Nothing stops anxiety better than a giggle and a smile 😊
Yes, I've lived with PVCs for 30 years too. The shortness of breath due to anxiety for 7+ years. If your palpitations are continuous for 15, 30 seconds cough real hard. It will often reset your beats.
The shortness of breath is so alarming. I've had several tests done on my heart. They always come out fine. Sometimes it will go on an entire day. Makes life miserable!
