Health anxiety

Hey guys I know your not doctors but I just want to see if anyone's experienced this before.

I believe I came down with a cold in the last day and last night had a hard time sleeping; again. I had the chills (related to the cold) and I woke up later to feel bumps on head (like hives). And know waking up this morning I've noticed three hives spots on my face, and a small "bug bite" look alike on my neck. And I have more bumps on my head.

I've experienced this before but it was a while back and don't remember if it went away on its own. I kind of freaking out since it's early in the morning and since I am sick my ears are bluffed and I feel doom at times. I know I'll be ok

But has anyone ever experienced this with a cold
