I look to see if i could find a DID forum but no luck

Been almost a week since my last blackout. Second therapy session for some reason i could not focus i was angry tense worried mostly angry then the therapist took this punching bag out of his second office and told me go ahead i must have spent at least 15 minutes getting my anger out. I was ready for the judgement and weird look but instead he asked me if I felt relieved which i did then i sat down and continue with the session

Hi justcallanxiety, I found one called "tapa talk" which has a forum for DID. Can't vouch for it but it looks credible and is free. Let me know if that might help you. I like that idea about the punching bag therapy, it works. At home, you can use pillows to let out your emotions.

Keep us update on your progress with therapy..

It worked for me i cool off and was able to talk during the session. Ok im going to check it out thanks

I've used the pillow punch at home years ago and it was therapeutic. :)

I had a therapist who had these foam bats that we would use to hit things (can't remember what.... so long ago). It was very helpful, especially for an angry teenager.
