Been almost a week since my last blackout. Second therapy session for some reason i could not focus i was angry tense worried mostly angry then the therapist took this punching bag out of his second office and told me go ahead i must have spent at least 15 minutes getting my anger out. I was ready for the judgement and weird look but instead he asked me if I felt relieved which i did then i sat down and continue with the session

Hi justcallanxiety, I found one called "tapa talk" which has a forum for DID. Can't vouch for it but it looks credible and is free. Let me know if that might help you. I like that idea about the punching bag therapy, it works. At home, you can use pillows to let out your emotions.
