Ringing in ears

Does anyone else get ringing in their ears from anxiety?

I do sometimes have ringing in my ears when my heart is racing.

sometimes it can last for 30 seconds or so other about 5-10.nightmare when it happens I never thought it had anything to do with anxiety mind you.

Is there anything that you noticed that's helps with it. Mine just started and it drives me crazy and makes my anxiety worse.

Not really, I was really bothered by it at first too, but now I got used to it, talking to someone or listening to something makes you forget about it

No sorry, I do get a blocked feeling when I have a build up of wax or a cold

Get them checked, you can go to some opticions who are in partnership with a Specialist in the ears, they will test them for you.

We are allowed to have our ears tested like our eyes, so that may help you decide

why don't you get a hearing test.i have had ringing of the ears for around 6yrs,it comes practically everyday......you can get some help though the clinic didn't explain/yes there was a scan of the ears which she said was a noisy business ,so declined although im a lot older age apparently is only one factor.!

I Have It Everyday....My Left Ear Never Stops Ringing... But My Case May Not All Be Due To Anxiety However If I Get OCD About It It Could Make My Anxiety Worse....

My left is worse as well. And I've also noticed that if I focus on it, it makes my anxiety worse.

OMG yes. It's maddening. Mine is a high-pitched squeal, like feedback from a microphone. Having my atlas adjusted by a chiro who uses the Blair Technique DEFINITELY HELPED.

That's exactly how mine is! Drives me mad!!!
