Easier said than done. I'm in the same boat. I have felt these physical symptoms a million times. They come and go, but I still give them so much power. They do not get any worse nor do they change... they just "flare" up. I am working for damnest to just move on! But it's a struggle for us all. Rooting for you!!❤️
