Same thing happened to me 2 months ago. I was convinced I also had a brain tumor due to headaches. It ended up just being tension headaches caused by stress and anxiety. Rubbing the knots out really helps. you probably don't have a brain tumor but if your really worried maybe go see a doctor and get an MRI or cat scan? Just a thought. Hope it all goes away soon.

Yes mine were constant from the minute I woke up to when I fell asleep at night. Do things to distract yourself or things that make you happy. I would try really really hard to not focus on it or get extremely anxious because I ended up getting derealization from all the worry. trust me it goes away. It may take a while but it goes away. I have health anxiety so I completely understand !

I've had this for weeks finally have a massage scheduled next week. I can't even have any one massage me though cause it actually hurts. I'm so tense in upper trap muscles and neck that it goes to my head and behind my eye.

Look its muscle tension, ive been in and out from the clinic for the past 2 years i got mostly all the heart test, gastro, any blood test and last test i got this year is MRI head and cervical because of headache and it comes out negative.. just remember when u feel 100% alright u dont feel headache, neck and shoulder aches but if you feel stressed and anxious neck and shoulder will start to sore and thats why u have headaches. Try to relax and deep breaths and have a massage at least a back massage it will ease it beleive me. Always exercise it helps a lot..
