Anxiety kicked in due to recall for mammogram

Well it's been a while since anxiety took a grip like this ! I am doing everything I can to battle it & distract myself .

I have BRCA2 and get annual breast screening - mammo & MRI which I am totally blessed with the knowledge and the fact nhs puts so much into keeping an eye. I have also had a BSO which is almost two years ago .

I have never had a recall for further investigation so when I opened the letter my world came crashing down with fear ! Every time I look at my hubby and kids my bladder & stomach hit the floor.

I have another 4 sleeps until the appt ...

I have poked and prodded myself since wednesday driving myself mad ! Wish I could calm down so scared
