Anyone get so nervous before your mammogram? I get so much anxiety right before 😩😩😩

You are not alone in that Sonnyd. It's not the most pleasant test to go through

but so worth it. I'm due for one myself. I've been making excuses for the last

3 months. Let's do this together. xx

Totally normal to be nervous before something like this! Take some deep breaths or put in headphones before going in and listen to some music. Or even play games on your phone to keep you calm.

Omg .you sound exactly like me .smears and mammograms I really hate ,but I bet you the entire female population is exactly the same as you .do not worry you will be fine x

Mines scheduled for July as usual. I waited years to see the lady bits doctor out of Fear. This is my third consecutive year and I would take the nervous not knowing for 2-4 weeks over years like I did in an anxiety ridden f ame of mind. Lost family members in the 80's due to lack of testing for breast cancer. I've decided I want to live.😊 Everything will go well, it's quick and uncomfortable. Lol Good luck and gentle hugs.

I’ve heard that too but getting X-rays at the dentist is even worse! Traveling on a airplane also has radiation. I’ve also known people to never get a mammogram and then have breast cancer so I’d rather be on the safe side
