Others who do not suffer become agitated...

One thing that agitates my already agitated-self (totally not grammatically correct, but whatever😆) is when my spouse or even people who do not understand this vicious cycle of worry say... "Calm down! Relax!" Or my favorite... "why can't you just chill out and not worry?" Is that... like a real question at this moment?😳 As if... i want to be panicky, and shaken because it makes me feel amazing throughout my day.🙄🤦🏾‍♀️

Lalakeyss I totally agree. Some seem to think that this can all just be blinked away. Wish it was that easy.

Totally understand, my fiance who don't get me wrong is amazing for dealing with this craziness but he says the exact same things, his famous just stop you'll be fine... just recently started meds which has increased my anxiety blah no fun .. he got frustrated and said I think I liked it better when you weren't on meds! Ouch! But he is trying his hardest to support me through it all

Oh noooo. Yea, that sucks! My spouse says some annoying things to me when I am in a rut, but I secretary thinks it gives them a sense of uneasiness when we go through it. You know how when people do nerve racking things in front of others, it makes them feel nervous? Just my guess. But I'm in your same boat. Stay strong!! 🤗

Yea he did apologize and confessed that he doesn't like to see me miserable and we have been dealing with me having extreme anxiety and panic disorder I think he's scared of the outcome as well
