so i finish working out to get my mind off stuff all of sudden after work outs im getting dizzy and my eyes feeling like they getting shinky i feel dizzy i drank alot of water but i dont know why im this way for

Don't be scared. I just left the gym a couple of hours ago and the same thing happen to me. I felt super dizzy, then I went the bathroom and breathed and everything felt back to normal. Well... as normal as one can be suffering from this. It looks like we are 1 for 1 :). I'm at home and I'm fine... you will be okay. Stay strong
im home and i still feel dizzy i dont know why if its not one thing its the eather.
I can't tell you to relax, because it's hard as hell. But take a shower, breath slowly... the feeling will subside. I go through this too many times, it feels like I'm losing it, but I'm not. I breath and I try my damnest to stay focus on my breathing. I feel what your going through, symptom after symptom after crappy symptom. You will be okay though 🙃
Went for a two mile walk yesterday. Felt dizzy just about the whole time, I was so upset bc all the leaves are starting to change colors and I wanted to enjoy it without my over sensitized nerves getting in the way.. ugh
But when I got home I felt a little better.. tried to just ignore it and carry on with my day
That's probably the symptom of anxiety disorder I hate the most. It does get better... I used to not be able to go In the grocery store without bolting out the door lol. Now I can tell things are looking up

Btw.. Good for you for going to the gym... don't stop going there just bc you felt dizzy. Work through it
