thought??

hey, I've been going through a lot this past year (internally and externally) and this brought a lot of emotions. I am now scared that i may be bipolar...like at times i would feel generally ok and happy but other times i would think about something that has happened and i automatically feel sad..right now i don't feel the best. i generally feel crazy which is rising my anxiety....someone HELP

Your anxiety is making you think you're bipolar and you're not. If you see a therapist they can confirm it but the fact that you're aware of your mood change proves you're not bipolar.
