People keep being nice to me ?? But it's scaring me

When people say nice things to me like need me call me no matter where u are my friend just said that there but now I'm panicking because I feel he's being nice because something's gonna happen to me 😴😴 I hate it

I feel the same way, a couple people from my church read my post and acted very caring and tried to be reassuring and I was thinking , they must think something is wrong, but I worded that I was afraid of that too. Anxiety and OCDsuck

Caits you really are being too hard on yourself you are prejudging what this person may or may not mean when they are complimenting you you need to let your self be happy and the rest will fall into place ! David !

My feeling too . When my friends check on me I get nervous .. it sucks cause I feel like they are doing all this because I'm dying 😞

Oooohhhh I understand or when something out of the ordinary happens... for example... a road detour.. I think something is going to happen

I guess am not alone I also feel the same thing when my friends are so caring like maybe something is going to happen to me it's a scary feeling and I don't like at all i try to battle it.
