I am a male in his 70's. I am still sexually active, not as much as before, and I understand that.
My question is? I have been on Zoloft (SSRI) for 2 years now and even though I have no problem getting an erection, I am not able to climax which is frustrating. Has anyone have a similar issue? If so, suggestions please.

Stacy1983, I'm not offended in your question however, it needs to be directed to another forum site since this is for anxiety/depression. I will tell you that SSRIs as well as Blood Pressure Medication can effect the way a man is able to perform. This should be addressed by your Urologist who is better qualified to answer and explain your concerns.

You should ditch those pills and take Magnesium glycinate and zinc. One it will help with your erection and ejaculation. Two it will calm your nervous system and lift your mood. Your libido will lift along with testosterone levels and give you tons of energy plus it helps with mental ability and memory recall. It also regulates blood pressure.
