I have been on sertraline and propanalol for the past year scaling my doses up for 25mg to 150mg.. recently I have been trying to reduce this amount and have been suddenly hit with total insomnia. Don't get me wrong I don't sleep well anyway, but I have been sleeping on and off in the night. All of a sudden as a scale down the daily dosage there is a definite issue with getting off to sleep. Seem to lay there for hours annoyed with myself. Does anyone have any experience with medication related insomnia??

Matt, I had to quit Sertraline as it made my insomnia much worse! I still don't sleep, but the lying awake with freakish racing thoughts has gone. I was wired to the moon! How's it going for you now?
Just saw that you're on a low carb diet too, Matt. I have non diabetic reactive hypoglycemia (diagnosed by endocrinologist). Is this an issue for you too?
