Having pain in stomach plus tingling in face and chest hurting

Ok I normally don't do this but I am so worried about what's going on with me I have a one year old that needs me... I have been having pain and numbness on my right side of my stomach for about a week now and now today on top of this is now I am feeling tingling in my face and every once in a while a sharp pain in my head i feel like I'm going to die I'm so scared because my year old needs me what can I do please help me I feel alone in this

Go and see your doctor or if you are really concerned, go to a hospital. You need to know if there is something going on physically. If not, and the tests come back okay, you may be experiencing anxiety symptoms. If that is the case, see your doctor again about anxiety. Get a referral to a psychiatrist or mental health specialist, and go from there to learn techniques for handling anxiety symptoms. All the best to you!
