Hi, so recently I have had a tingling sensation in my face with pain in my left temple. If I am laying down, I am fine, but if I do something to move my neck a wrong way or do something active, the feeling comes back. I'm concerned that it could be a nerve in my neck, but my anxiety is making me feel like it's a brain tumor. Yes, I will be going to the doctor for it.

Tingling in face
I have a tingling in my face and down to my jaw on the other day . And I had lots of cramps in my left foot and left side weakened
That’s good, I’m sure you might have pulled a nerve? I had muscle strain I guess from the way I slept, my doctor prescribed me muscle relaxers, it’s better now. So just take it Easy.
Overstimulated nerves can cause this and it’s very common. Just like an eye twitch or tingling lips.
The temple when over stimulated ( tense ) causes spams and they “will” go away in time if you don’t focus on it too much.
So glad I read that I have them so bad. Face and top of head. If I cough real hard or even go up a flight of stairs I feel it. Or if I get startled sometimes with my kid scaring me and I’ll feel it. I keep thinking something is seriously wrong because I have other Neuro symptoms too, one being constant head pressure and faintness feeling.
That sounds kind of like Optical neuralgia
I've had it before...
Also
I'm not a doctor
But I've Googled
In any case Please see your doctor
