Hi everyone , I've been suffering from anxiety all my life, for many years I've suffered so bad that I decide before I eat I'm not going to be able to swallow ,it's that bad that I actually have to hurt myself to take the thought away from actually swallowing onto another part of my body ,does anyone have this ?and did you find a cure ?or should I just give in after all these years ,and dope myself up with diazepam x
