Hey,I'm not really sure if there's a link between anxiety/stress and sore nipples.I've been really anxious for the past few days,haven't been sleeping properly + loss of appetite and recently I feel like my nipples are feeling slightly sore.
There's no itchiness or redness and my breasts doesn't hurt at all.
Before this, I already had a clinical breast exam for a lump I found in my armpit.But it's all ok since it turned out to be a swollen lymph node which has gone down.I have an ultrasound next week just to confirm it...but anyone else going through this?
