Anxiety and depression in the mornings off the chart. :(

I do this too. I am glad I found this site and found that I am not alone in this.

I feel very anxious and depressed in the mornings and by evening I am feeling better and then at night fall I am feeling like my old self and happy. It's crazy the difference from the morning feelings and the night feelings. I am going to therapy and doctors to try and get some help for this. It is a very frightening way to have to live. :(

ayoub_pain, it's nice to see you interacting. It seems to help when we reach out to others. :)

I'm the same way. Mornings are sometimes good but as the day goes on I become better. Its better when I'm around family or my boyfriend. I hate being alone. I feel it the most.
