I talked on the phone with a member here a few days ago, which i was so nervous i couldn't stay in one spot and my body was getting hot,my face got sweaty.... but then when we started chatting it was amazing how much we have in common she knew exactly what i meant we both got a little emotional and we actually laughed together (i loved it)

I have a phobia about answering them. I always hate when it is one of those stupid call centers where they have the automated dialing systems where you end up with silence on the phone. Don't they think about the people who have had to deal with nuisance callers?
So I let my answer machine get all the calls. Needless to say that really bugs my family. Admittedly about 50% of the time I don't get to the phone quick enough to answer it. I keep telling them that my phone is not permanently attached to my hand. 
Anyway I made a good friend through the forums, we do video calls now rather than phone calls, because it is cheaper if you have the internet and no worries about talking on the phone.

The people in those call centres are only doing their jobs ,even though they are really annoying.
I hardly ever answer any calls anyway 😂

I know they are, it is just hard when you get flash backs when you answer the phone and no one is there. So rather than give them a row I let me answer machine take the calls.

It's a source of anxiety for me, i get nervous my body tensed up i can't even stay in one place.it usually helps if the person is funny it calms me since i love laughing... What about you why is it uncomfortable for you??
