Hello! I have written here before about having a dizzy feeling and I think it's because of my anxiety. I feel a pressure in my head, in my face and I feel weak at times. The dizzy feeling comes when I do work and it sometimes goes away after I've eaten or worked out. However it makes me uncomfortable because I don't feel like myself and I don't feel "steady" when I have this dizzy sensation. How do I make it go away other than working out and trying to relax? Anyone else having the same feeling and have you gotten any help to get rid of it?

Pressure in face, head, fatigue and dizzy feeling
I used to get it and the way I got rid of it was to just carry on with what I was doing and it stopped.
That might not work for everyone though, maybe when you feel it you could sit for a few minutes until it passes.
Thank you for your reply. Makes me calmer to know it's just anxiety and that many people suffer from the same sensations.
There are lots of people who mention it on here, if you scroll through different posts you might find ways on how other people deal with it.

Thank you! I have been reading a lot about it here on this forum. I've been worrying that it might be something wrong with me but now I see it's very common. Feels good to have someone to talk to.
