Pressure in face, head, fatigue and dizzy feeling

Hello! I have written here before about having a dizzy feeling and I think it's because of my anxiety. I feel a pressure in my head, in my face and I feel weak at times. The dizzy feeling comes when I do work and it sometimes goes away after I've eaten or worked out. However it makes me uncomfortable because I don't feel like myself and I don't feel "steady" when I have this dizzy sensation. How do I make it go away other than working out and trying to relax? Anyone else having the same feeling and have you gotten any help to get rid of it?

  • I used to get it and the way I got rid of it was to just carry on with what I was doing and it stopped.

That might not work for everyone though, maybe when you feel it you could sit for a few minutes until it passes.

  • Thank you for your reply. Makes me calmer to know it's just anxiety and that many people suffer from the same sensations.

  • There are lots of people who mention it on here, if you scroll through different posts you might find ways on how other people deal with it.

    Chat anytime.

  • Thank you! I have been reading a lot about it here on this forum. I've been worrying that it might be something wrong with me but now I see it's very common. Feels good to have someone to talk to.
