Hello! I am 30 years old. I don't know if I can explain this correctly but for a couple of days now I am feeling some sort of head pressure on top of my head and I have this "drunk feeling" in my head where I am not dizzy, but it still feels that way. I just don't feel like myself. I've also experienced a rush to my head from looking at the computer/phone screen for too long, and after that I get anxious because I think it's something serious. I am prone to have anxiety but I don't know what is causing this feeling. It gets better after I exercise but then it usually comes back in the morning the day after. Could it also be sinus problems? Even though I don't really have symptoms of having a sinus infection, other than one ear being clogged from time to time. Could that be causing this weird feeling in my head?
I am thankful for any advice!

Hi I have had a similar feeling the last few days. This morning I woke up and head feels really heavy like ive had a heavy night drinking which i havent touched alcohol for years now due to it increasing anxiety. I feel dizzy and do think its all anxiety related. I have seen a few posts on here from other members who have also had the same symptoms with anxiety and the heavy head but if it persists maybe get checked over by a doctor to put mind at ease .
Thank you for your reply. Yes I'm thinking it has something to do with my anxiety. And I have made a doctor's appointment. However I do think I have a sinus problem too because I can feel pressure behind my nose, eyes and head now. I will have it checked and like you said, to put my mind at ease.
