Hi, I'm Nthabiseng - I am a Personal Assistant.

I don't understand what's happening to me and my body, I feel like shutting down, am a very active person who loves running but lately I cant even wake up and do 5 km.

at night my legs are restless and I become jumpy and anxious, Insomnia is my best friend this days. at times I feel like crying for no reason- at some point my chest gets tight and I wud be convinced that am getting a heart attack.

going to bed is a nightmare for me......sometimes I feel as if I have some kind of a diseases.....

I know I'm suffering from Anxiety but sometimes am just not convinced....
