Hello. I am 25 year old female. I have been having right side head pressure/pain for a month! I had a ct scan done 5 years ago when I got vertigo attacks was clear. But all of a sudden this last month nothing but pain on that side. Anyone else? I have normal day to day stress in my life I am a mother but otherwise healthy. My doc keeps telling me it's anxiety but just feel like she's wrong...

Migraine!! These docs need to get educated. Migraine typically shows as pain in one side of the head but can also cause vertigo without any pain. Look up #migraineassociatedvertigo. Or vestibular migraine. Good luck!
