Dizzy all the time and while talking

I had bppv a few months ago but the dizziness is still there .. it waxes and wanes through the day. I am very sensitive to moving my head around. I also have extreme sensitivity to sound.. clanging children yelling actually hurts my ears. Sometimes I feel random popping through the day, with ear fullness in left ear upon waking. I have been getting an increase in headaches when this all stRted in that ear. My vertigo was in the right ear.

Ent says he had no idea now why I'm dizzy all the time. I also get a dizzy spell if I talk loudly or intensely...

Anyone else? Does anxiety dizziness make you feel like you are swaying and hard to focus?

I have the same symptoms Sacolucci, and the ENT told me that it is impossible to feel dizzy all the time, but I do, and I know what you are going through.

Do you have full ears and noise sensitivity? Did they say it was just anxiety?

Well I do have anxiety and panic attacks. One neurologist said it was some type if vertigo, I think BVP vertigo, are something like that, but another neurologist said it was migraneious vertigo. I have light, smell and noise sensitivity. My right ear sounds as if I hear a heart beat all the time.
