Woke up with butterflies like something bad is going to happen or that I'm going to die the feeling in my stomach is so bad this is happening again 😭😭😭 I think i need to go back to the doctors and on citalopram

Hiya this is all anxiety. Have you had an counselling to get to the root cause? This will help in the long term. X

Caitts try getting some therapy or counselling before going back to citalopram it is a popular anti depressant with doctors as its causes fewer side effects that beind said it does not suit everyone ! Take care and the best of luck !
