I have a plethora of symptoms, they're all on and off but I convince myself I have something way more serious like MS, cancer or HIV etc. (i am 17 by the way)
symptoms include:
heart palpitations/skipped beats randomly sometimes for no actual reason or any anxiety
headaches (tension),
pin prick feeling or as though it is spitting rain inside.
excessive saliva needing to spit out and hard to swallow/dry throat.
tonsil stones and enlarged tonsils
weird terrible thoughts of doom sometimes
feeling disconnected
depth perception is wrong, I could pick up my duvet and it would feel like I was holding a concrete cover
bodily pains such as in my legs
overthinking brought about by a simple pain

I would suggest to either take Epson Salt baths or magnesium supplements. This could help with your heart palpitations/skipped beats and soothe your nervous system.
I had palps/skipped beats. It does help. Soak yourself or feet if you don't have a bath for 20-30 min. You can also add to the water 2-3 teaspoons of Himalayan salt. Do it daily if you have to.
Is the something in your life that is causing you stress? Or something that happened in the past? Anxiety is a physical reaction to intense stress that's suppressed.
It's very unlikely that you have any serious illnesses.
Review your diet, including caffeine, alcohol/drugs. These all make anxiety worse.
But it sounds like you have some kind of anxiety and mild panic
that's the thing, I don't have any proper cause or reason for my anxiety, my mother was anxiety ridden I don't know if that could have been passed down but I stopped my intake of caffeine 3 years ago I don't do drugs or drink often
