Does anyone else get this when working out or playing intense sports? Even from excitement, smell of any sort of smoke? Its an undescribeable shortness of breathe. Like a panic attack.

Shortness of breathe?

Yeah its like i get heavy and cold sweats, headache and bad dizziness feeling.
You should have seen my hung over my hockey stick when I was at my worst and before I learned that it was only my anxiety playing up. My team was about to call the ambulance. Apparently I looked terrible
Hi, I actually had the same thing happen to me last Thursday. I was eating and all of a sudden felt chest pain, shortness of breath, and then followed by heavy jaw and felt like I was going to faint. I had to go to the ER because I had really bad chest pain and thought it was something else. BUT this only happens to me while im eating. Do you have trouble eating? I feel like i'm chocking on food, and begin to have shortness of breath. Some forums on here have said maybe it's just anxiety and i'm over thinking it. I have tried eating the softest foods while being distracted watching tv or going out and I just can't, it's a horrible feeling. I have been drinking ensure and I am starving! I had an EKG and Xrays at the hospital and they said I was fine. Im going for a follow up today and hopefully I can get an answer.
Yeah i get shortness of breathe after eating. The same thing as when im working out and after a night out of drinks it stays with me all day the next day.
You are not alone. I feel this way when eating as well. Not as frequent as you but enough to where I went through a period of time where I didn't want to eat. I am still looking for a way to get out of this state of mind and feeling while eating. We can make it through. You will be ok. And I hope that you are able to eat again soon. I'm sorry you're going through this
You ever get this problem from cold air?
Wonder if there is a cure for this or a way to overcome it.
Have you been checked for dysautonomia? I have this same thing happen.
