Literally every night I wake up out of a sleep to my heart racing out of my chest. Does this happen to anyone else? Has any thing helped? I’m so tired.

Thank you for sharing. Have you contacted your doctor about waking up with a racing heart? Does your heart race during the day? When you wake up is it right after a dream? I do notice my heart racing after I wake up from an intense dream. You might find this article helpful. (bit.ly/3xxNjnj) I will be praying for you. Hugs

Hi, thank you for replying. I have talked to my doctor about it. She thinks it’s anxiety. Sometimes I’ve noticed it’s from a dream. Sometimes I have a panic attack on top of it because it scares me.Thanks 🙏

Thank you so much! I’m still waking up with my heart racing. I have an appt with my doctor tomorrow. I want to get my blood etc checked to make sure it’s not my thyroid or something. Take care

It sounds like your body is storing stress and then it releases when you try to sleep. I highly recommend more walks, more de-stressing, less drama, less toxicity in your life. Pray more, sing more, watch funny movies, and call good friends for a chat. Restorative sleep is the goal, so some people try special herbal teas. Change something in your bedroom. Perhaps a new pillow or simply, fresh sheets or move your bed. Be sure and check ingredients if you're on any meds for anything. For the time being, cut the caffeine if you haven't done that already?

Hi, thanks for replying. My stress definitely comes out at night. I walk daily, and I try not to consume caffeine. These are all good ideas you have given me. Thank you. 🙏
