OK, try deep breathing to calm your heart rate and breathing. It should help calm down. Maybe put a heating pad whenever it hurts? I'm sorry you're going through this:( also if you have some essential oils, use that and put some on your wrist, that also helps calming. You'll be ok, try to stay positive, I know it's hard but you can do it. Tell yourself that you'll be ok and that everything will be OK too. Because it will! You're not alone at all! :)

Hi Mandy, have you done any intense stuff the whole day or just before sleeping? Also, maybe it has something to do with what you ate? How about your sleeping position?

If you've had a busy day, try to relax before sleeping. It will help.

Sometimes, I use an "atomiser" and use calming essential oils. Then, I also listen to self-hypnosis I downloaded from YouTube - it's more on helping anxiety and self healing sessions.
