What shall I say

I havnt had any work experience and I have an apprentice interview, what shall I say when they ask if I have work experience ?

No, but this will give me the chance to have an opportunity to get experience.

Be honest and say no I don't have any work experience but this will give me the opportunity to gain many skills and experience. Also if you can relate to any instances where you have dealt with people or done some volunteering or helped with something at school etc.
