Hello all my name is Mon and I am 21 years old. I have depression and anxiety. I decided to join this community as it was recommended to me. I have just finished a health and social care degree and I am very chuffed as it was an extremely challenging 2 years but I made it. Although now I have to get a job and the idea of the interview process and phone calls etc makes me sweat, panic and everything else that goes along with anxiety! Does anyone have any tips at all for helping me get through this terrifying process? Thank you in advance!

Have a wee read at this and see if it is any use to you..
you can ask your doctor for a beta blocker they don't make you feel high they just stop all those physical symptoms from the adrenaline. They are generally used for situations like interviews, public speaking and social anxiety. Good luck with finding a job 😊
