Yes! And it's awful I know! What I had to do was watch tv to get my mind off the panic. Something funny. I didn't always laugh, but it did distract me. I know it's a burden and I'm so sorry you are dealing with this right now, but it will pass. Did this just start for you?
Yeah definitely and it isn't half driving me insane - tend to do the wrong thing and have a projector clock in my room and spend half the bloody night turning my head looking to see what time it is n seeing every hour on the clock - knowing I'm up at 06:30 am for work - hey being honest I think it's because WORK stresses me to the Max because of staff atmosphere etc ( we're pretty much done in with the stress ) so my answer may be to leave the place but with my health getting worse n 4 mini strokes I doubt interview with new employers won't come across as satisfactory for them because although I am intelligent- my speech is affected by jumbled words when under pressure so I am pretty much Fucked . Anyway bottom line is try picking out What stresses you and if you are in a better position to change or eradicate that problem- then go for it good luck xx just know you are not alone - we are all here to support you x Elle
