ANXIETY---PROBLEMS--HELP SOLVE

I have been having Anxiety for years and I should be used to the attacts but NO WAY.I've tired everthing and yes I'm takeing anxiety medication( I did NOTICE that COLD Lowers the attact I even turned. On my A/C in my Car in the Winter and got as COLD as I could stand even @ home under the A/C.well I've said what I can for now Thank every one and please if you have something to add do so.

I remembered breathing into a paper bag, when you have no medicine or other aid for an oncoming attack, DOES help. Buspirone has helped me for close to twenty years. The brand name was Buspar and the generic is the buspirone. Maybe talk with your doctor about the possibility of trying that out. Wellbutin didn't help me that much, but the Buspirone has been a lifesaver and a mainstay in my life. This medication does not have as many side-effects as many of the others. Try reading up on it on one of the medication information websites. Good luck!
