My dr just switched me from 25 mg of Luvox to 12.5 mg Paxil cr. I've been on it two days now I was on the Luvox for 6 weeks. My jaw joint has started aching it's got me thinking I'm having heart attack symptoms. I saw where jaw pain was a side affect of Paxil but could I get side affects after two days? My daughters 2nd birthday I tomorrow and a friend of mine just passed and now I hear is dad only had a few days left. So my anxiety is through the roof. But I don't wanna freak out and mess up her birthday

Rule of thumb. Does it bother you enough to call the doctor and spend $75 on an appointment? We worry about
"things" we hear, but a call to the RX doctor might be helpful.
Many side effects can occur the worst after just a few days of taking an antidepressant; once the initial activation period is over (when your body starts to adapt), is when they go away. So to answer your question, YES, it is completely normal to be feeling the side effects already!! When I started on Lexapro, I had insomnia starting the first night... Hope everything goes well with the party!!
Fingers crossed that everything feels better soon!! As PTSD mentioned, it would probably be a good idea just to have a quick chat with your doctor to make sure everything your feeling can be considered "normal"... to be honest though, after reading a lot of posts and experiencing a lot of different side effects myself, it literally seems like anything that can happen to the body might be a side effect for some person or another!! SSRIs act differently for almost every person, so although it might seem like a stretch that what you're feeling is wrong, odds are someone else has had exactly the same issues!
