Thank you for your very positive contribution to this forum and the helpful link, a refreshing change fron repetitive posts endlessly listing anxiety symptoms but not doing anything about it. I found the ACT of great interest with its emphasis on Acceptance which was the main imperitive when Claire Weekes wrote her classic book 'Self help with your nerves' fifty years ago, a book that has withstood the test of time and helped thousands regain their quiet mind. I am a great advocat of Weekes' Acceptance method, clearly the two have much in common.
