Yesterday my Mom gave me an activia yogurt to eat and she said to eat it about 2 hrs before bed. My Mom said when she was battling depression, ptsd, and anxiety she also experienced the chest pressure/shortness of breath feelings and I remember. But she said she began to eat activia yogurt without the prescribed meds and it went away on its own. (After 4 years she still eats them). Anyways I ate one last night to kinda soothe my throat too and I started to feel a lot of gas and that pressure feeling moved around in my stomach which freaked me out. I bought some this morning and ate one. Now I don't feel the pressure which is freaking me out lol. Just a lot of gas and my throat Isn't as sore 🤔

I get the gas feeling a lot since I've had anxiety even though I eat really well.... the gas feeling was probably just because your system is so messed up from the anxiety, and yogurt is very good for you, although I would recommend eating Greek yogurt instead as it has more probiotics to help you.... maybe you didn't feel the pressure in the morning as you had been sleeping and hadn't been anxious yet

I do know that our family doctor recommends you eat yogurt if you are taking antibiotics. Greek yogurt is delicious, but for stomach woes, a naturopath would recommend pure yogurt with no additives or fruit etc.
