The shakes

I feel shake in the morning I am lying in bed .my hands are a little shaky too. My husband says he can feel me being shaky. I hope it's not the beginning of parkinsons or something legs shake too. Anyone have this?

Thanks I have in the past they have called it essential tremors had an neither but that s r u gf doesn't show in anmri. I don't take anything except an occasional Xanax .25 just getting worse ny appt is Aug 24
