yes all the time! it’s normal
Yep in the inside if you know what I mean
My hands are shaky all the time but just started having internal shaking/vibrating when I'm waking up. Like being paralyzed and electrocuted at the same time. Its getting really bad and don't know whats causing it. Thought I'd had just about everything possible by now.
Go and see a naturopath, could be a deficiency.
Good morning from New York City. Yes and yes. I had knee surgery in November and I believe it affected my whole immune system. I have APS and MCTD. I've had an essential familial head tremor since a stroke 5 yrs ago. A few months after the knee surgery, I started having lip/jaw tremor and then a feeling like a was shaking all over. My Rheumatologist/aps specialist told me to see a neurologist. It's embarrassing and I feel that I don't need this in addition to everything else. Trying to stay positive.
Have a good day. Loretta
Yep .... Normal , and it’s very scary and annoying too but it’s manageable once you reduce your stress or anxiety levels.
I get them randomly and assumed the same as you but it’s been 3 years and they only appear on and off and for me it’s when I have a shit day or I’m very tired. Thinking about it also seems to make it more obvious.
I have them every day all the time. People are starting to notice
