ANXIETY AND POTS

Hi

I've been having dizziness fat heartbeat and low blood pressure, sometimes when I get up too quickly i get a bit of "blackout" that goes away within seconds.

This gives me a lot of anxiety, I am afraid I will pass out or that my heart will stop beating.

I was prescribed a tilt table test once but I am afraid to do it.

My blood pressure is usually low around the 90s over 60s range.

Does anybody have this or have done a TILT TABLE TEST and have some advise?

I would definitely speak with a cardiologist especially since you are having black out spells. You may have POTS
