Terrified of a blood clot

I went to the doctor with chest pain and he said it was just anxiety, anyway I've been getting all other symptoms which are written in posts on my profile. I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance that I don't have a blood clot lol! I've read on google that people have died within a couple of days from them ! !! Anyway.. I've been getting little pains in the back of my leg in the lower bit, and puns in my arms too.. :/ they go away too, they seem to get worse when I'm thinking about blood clots lol.. I think I'm also worried because I recently stopped taking the pill( as it's a rare risk but still a risk) mum says I'm being silly but I'm just worried so much, I have no swelling or redness, just pains, but I also get pains all over my body sometimes soo... and I had blood tests recently and they was fine

I have had the same fear. The only thing I can tell you is that blood clots are pretty rare. I know that doesn't help when you have a legitimate heath fear. I'm sorry you are feeling the way you are. I wish I could give you all sorts of answers as to what you can do to make it better but I am in the same boat as you and have the very same health fears. Hang in there!

Have you felt lumps in your legs or ??
