Wow a bit nervous right now of what happend !!!

I Was Laying Down In Bed and All Of Sudden My Heart made me jump and cough like i was going to die just now i dont know what it is but its something wrong with me real bad with my heart it made me jump trying to breath and it made me dry cough and it still happening right now a cough and my heart is beating wierd is it arrythmia or something i have or nervous system problem. help please i dont wanna go up to my mother and tell her what happen because she gets really worried
