depression and anxiety struggles

so yesterday i had a calm day and didn't really feel any anxiety at all , but today i feel like its all going down hill and i'm really depressed about it. my depression seems to be getting worse because of my anxiety , I have a therapy appointment coming up but since i'm afraid to even go outside i'm really stressing about it. the therapy appointment is also about half an hour away . any suggestions on how to just calm myself down ?
