everyone try this

right everyone try eating healthy scrap everything unhealthy out of your life... including stress... for a week.. no sugar or nothing eat fruit, nuts, fish, egg, and grains. get active every time u do get your anxiety go for a walk to a shop get something healthy, at the time ur having your symptoms, drink water ban all unhealthy drinks for 1 week.. see if anything at ALL changes
