Well last night went to bed at normal time then woke up at half 2 in the morning feeling dizzy and needing the loo so went and got back into bed but today I feel okish but my chest is playing up and I just feel so tiyerd hopefuly I get a good nights sleep tonight!

sorry you felt this way! I also wake up dizzy in the middle of the night. At first I just thought it was my dreams reliving what had happened the day before but now it definitely seems like I am dizzy in the middle of the night. Do you find anything helps with this? It is difficult to get back to sleep sometimes. Hope your day goes better!
