I got looked at by the doctor, but lately I just feel a little lightheaded. Not like I'm going to pass out but just feel sort of off. Got checked out and they said I'm okay, but it just feels really bizarre

I get this as well. Anxiety can cause a lot of different symptoms. The more you think about the symptom the worse it gets. Make sure you drink lots of water and try not to think about it.
